This policy outlines our process for returns, replacements, and refunds for orders placed on www.sansaaraonline.com.
1. Eligibility for Return or Exchange
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
- The item you received has a manufacturing defect or was mis-shipped.
If your situation matches any of the above, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at sales@shopsansaara.com or +91 8368885487, along with:
- Your order number
- Clear images or videos showing the issue
Our team will verify and guide you through the next steps.
2. Conditions for Returns
For a return or exchange to be accepted:
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- The product must include all original tags, labels, and accessories (if any).
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
Once the product is received and inspected by our team, we’ll notify you about the approval or rejection of your return.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Because our products are handcrafted and often made-to-order, certain items are not eligible for return or exchange. These include:
- Customised or personalised orders
- Items purchased during sale events or offers
- Minor variations in colour, texture, or weave — these are natural in handmade products and not considered defects
- Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery
We encourage you to check product descriptions and dimensions carefully before placing your order.
4. Refund Process
Once your return is approved:
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days of product receipt and inspection.
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided via bank transfer or store credit, as per your choice.
- Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
5. Replacement Policy
If you prefer a replacement instead of a refund, we’ll be happy to arrange it — provided the product is still in stock.
If the item is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or store credit for the full product value.
6. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order by emailing us at sales@shopsansaara.com.
After the order has been processed or dispatched, we won’t be able to accept cancellations.
7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received
If you receive a product that is damaged or different from what you ordered:
- Please share photos or an unboxing video within 48 hours of delivery.
- Email the details to sales@shopsansaara.com.
Our team will review and provide a resolution within 3–5 business days — via replacement, refund, or store credit, depending on the case.
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are available only for items received in damaged or incorrect condition.
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind, design preference, or size differences (for textile items like covers, mats, etc.) unless the product is defective.
