1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Since many of our products are handmade and made-to-order, processing time may vary slightly depending on the product category and availability.
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email and/or WhatsApp message with your tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
2. Shipping Across India
We currently ship to most pin codes across India through trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and others.
Shipping timelines usually range from:
- Metro cities: 3–6 business days
- Non-metro areas: 5–9 business days
Please note: Deliveries may be delayed due to factors beyond our control (festive rush, weather conditions, or courier delays). We’ll always keep you informed in such cases.
3. Shipping Charges
We offer Free Shipping on most prepaid orders across India.
For certain heavy, oversized, or remote-area orders, nominal shipping or handling charges may apply.
These will be clearly displayed at checkout — no hidden costs ever.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders
- COD is available for select pin codes and order values.
- A small COD convenience fee may be charged.
- Our courier partner will attempt delivery twice. Please ensure your contact details and address are accurate to avoid delivery issues.
Failure to accept a COD order without valid reason may result in COD service being disabled for future purchases.

Once your order is shipped:
- You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS.
- You can also track your shipment anytime under “My Orders” on our website.
